Dakota builds gas boxes for the safe, controlled delivery of gases used throughout semiconductor manufacturing and process development.

Systems may be manufactured from customer-supplied designs or engineered by Dakota around the requirements of the gas, process, tool, and operating environment. Our experience extends from the gas source to the process chamber, allowing each gas box to be considered as part of the complete delivery system.
